Simply bring your luxury item into the store, or enquire for consignment via our online form.

We’ll then use our brand and marketing to generate exposure for your item both online and in-store.

Our professionally trained and qualified inhouse watch, jewellery, gold, diamond and handbag experts will also handle any product enquiries and when your item is sold, we’ll promptly bank transfer your agreed profits to you.

If it doesn’t sell in the allotted time frame, we’ll simply return your item.

Eligibility criteria and strict ID guidelines apply.

You must be 18 and over to consign an item to Gold House, and will need to provide one form of government issued Photo ID. For example, a valid driver’s licence, a firearms licence, an 18+ Card or a valid Passport from any country.

Couriering Your Luxury ItemsConsignment

Insurance on couriered items is totally free and to the value of $25,000. If we cannot agree on a price that suits you, we will ship your items back to you, completely free of charge, tracked and insured all the way. No questions asked!

What are the consignment terms and conditions?

If you choose to consign your items with Gold House, you are subject to our Consignment Agreement, which includes commission tiers, authentication processes, payment timelines, and early termination terms.

What is the difference between consignment and selling?

Consigning with Gold House will yield the highest possible return when selling your items, however, you will need to wait for the items to be sold to a buyer in order to be paid. Selling your items outright will yield a lower return but immediate payment.

What type of items can I consign at Gold House?

We accept a wide range of luxury items including jewellery (gold, silver, diamonds), watches, designer handbags, fine art, and more. If you’re not sure if we accept an item, just bring it into our store or contact us for advice. We aim to provide a fair and competitive offer for your unwanted items.

How do I send in my items safely?

Gold House offers an insured courier service when selling your unwanted luxury items. We will cover your items for up to $25,000 in the unlikely event they go missing in transit. If we can’t agree on an amount, we will ship your item(s) back to you free of charge, tracked, and insured.

How do I get paid?

Once Gold House has successfully found a buyer, you will be paid out by direct bank deposit within 2 business days.

What happens if I don’t agree with the consignment offer?

If you don’t agree with our offer, you are under no obligation to consign your item. You can take your item back with no questions asked. We understand you may have a specific value in mind, and we will respect your final decision. Our appraisals are free, so you have nothing to lose by getting a free estimate.
